• Gate style preferences (modern, traditional, custom designs)

• Gate setup (swing or sliding)

• Basic site dimensions

• Power source location

• Photos of your driveway and entrance

2. Initial Quotation

Once we receive your form and review your images and measurements, we'll provide a tailored initial quote. This includes:

• Estimated installation cost

3. Site Survey

If you're happy with the estimated quote, we’ll schedule a comprehensive site survey. During this visit, we will:

• Use a laser level to check ground levels, falls, and any rising points

• Take precise measurements to ensure a perfect fit

• Discuss gate styles, colours, and finishes

• Confirm automation type (e.g. underground, ram, sliding motor)

• Assess the best power supply route to the gate location

• Finalise details, including timeframe and order confirmation

4. Final Quote & Order Placement

With all site specifics confirmed, we’ll update the quote if necessary and provide the final cost. Once approved, we’ll place your order and schedule the installation.
